I went in because my dash told me I needed maintenance. Service was done but after I drove away the maintenance light came on again. I went back(visit#2) Someone reset the dash. It came back on. I returned a third time to find out it was a different type of alert. Toyota needed to order a part. Made an appointment for 2 days ahead. Arrived for visit #4 and was told the part had not come in! I didn't get a phone call or text to tell me. I arranged my whole work day to be.able to drop off the car. Not happy. More

Although it took a while for the part I needed to come in, I was very pleased with the speed of service once it arrived.
