Generally I have always experienced excellent customer service. I didn't feel in this case they handled well a minor request to look at a clogged washer nozzle. Easy to get appointments and great shuttle service hence the 2 stars. Overpriced services (fluid replacements) $300 + for coolant “flush” replacement. Would not return my calls after 3 + messages left regarding the paint peeling program not submitting my paperwork 8 months after I brought my truck in for inspection. After following their instruction and bringing it to autobody shop for paint inspection (horrible peeling around windows/ windshield, hood, under hood and roof) they made me bring it in a second time for a second inspection. Still no word on if they have submitted it to Toyota corporate like they should have 8 months ago. More
