It's hard to describe other than my interaction with him doing one of the 5 free service's for the car. He acted like he did me a favor by doing the service since I brought it in 1 month later than recommen doing one of the 5 free service's for the car. He acted like he did me a favor by doing the service since I brought it in 1 month later than recommended. I believe he said he did me a favor, lol. In the past 7 years with my leases the representatives that wrote me up also advised the best way & when to bring my car in for the free service where it would benefit me. I had this same guy Mike? In the past & when I hadn't brought in my car or something like a filter I didn't get replaced he commented , yeah people think since it's not there car & just don't replace, like say the air filter. I replied with I always take care of a car wearer it's mine or not. This comment was from last leased car we leased 2 years ago. He just reminds me Of an xxxxxxx of a Gustavo. Zero communication from the dealer. My car was not completed on time and was not informed of the delayed. Had to scramble to make alternative arrangements to pick up my children.
