I scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed before work. When I got there the tech was unsure how long my service would take. I explained to him that I had to be at work at a certain time, he stated t work. When I got there the tech was unsure how long my service would take. I made note of his response and sat down to wait. My vehicle was ready before I needed it to be and I made it to work on time. I appreciated the experience for many reasons. First reason was that it showed that while customer service has declined in recent years, it is still pleasant and reliable at sansone auto mall. Second reason was that the tech was honest enough not to make me any promises, but mindful enough of my situation to make sure my car was done in time.
