After the last visit to the dealer, I expected that the problem would be found, unfortunately, it still appeared. The oil was changed but the knocking in the suspension when turning the wheels still appear problem would be found, unfortunately, it still appeared. Sansone Nissan used to be the Best when I had an amazing experience with Rock the salesman since then that place is horrible I have my car in mint condition a Nissan murano 2021 the abs feature went I to af experience with Rock the salesman since then that place is horrible I have my car in mint condition a Nissan murano 2021 the abs feature went I to affect thank God and I didn't crash but since my air-conditioning and heat stopped working took car in Raul was technician he took the entire car apart to say it was a fuse replaced it after having my car for 2 days I got the car didn't drive it due to personal reasons but then I did and bam no air-conditioning no heat took car in Raul said that my handicap placard broke the wire which is pure xx after 2 hours I was given my car had to pay 167 dollars which is uncalled for and I want my money back and was told I can't move my mirror because the wire can break it was fixed temporarily my car has only 7000 miles in mint condition I don't use it alot but the service feom the manager was amazing but the technician was rude and lied and did the damage himself to then accuse me that due to my placard sign the wire ripped and that wire is the entire electric system I am so unhappy and wasn't sure how to go about this but I did and I am posting everything everywhere possible how I was robbed and lied to literally and to top it off I can't move my mirror because wire can break unheard of and unacceptable so never purchase from Sansone Nissan or any Nissan murano worst ever More

Price for service provided was ridiculous. I was charged over $300, for what had to be less than an hours work, to have some vents cleaned out. No parts.
