I just purchased a new Nissan Murano, model year 2011, and the experience working with the salesman (Harold Miranda) and the credit manager (Oscar E. Roncancio) was excellent. They did not try to over sell me at any point during the process. They were professional and efficient all the way through the time I was there until I finally took possession of my new Murano. I hope that Sansone Nissan keeps these guys on board because the good sales people like these will go a long way in getting the word out about the dealership by customers like me. Thanks to Harold and Oscar for letting tell them what I wanted, giving me a fair trade-in value on my 2006 Murano and leaving the dealership feeling very good about the whole experience. I was looking for a Toyota Camry and a freind recommended I look at his guy, Glenn S. It was a 35 minute drive from my home but my friend insisted I would not be sorry. He was right. I went this afternoon I look at his guy, Glenn S. It was a 35 minute drive from my home but my friend insisted I would not be sorry. He was right. I went this afternoon and came home with a new Nisson Altima. I cant believe it. The price was too good to pass up, the car is beautiful and the Altima is a higher rated vechile by car and driver than the Camry. I was then handed off to Ray Azarcon who gave me an overview, bent over backwards to make sure all my questions were answered. He also told me to call him anytime if I have any questions. I am so thrilled with the price of the car, the service and the whole experience. I felt the need to write this review because I had a specific car in mind, and luckily I went with the Altima.
