While driving, my leased 2020 Nissan Altima SR which only has 14,900 miles, the front collision sensor came on for no reason. I then made an appointment with Sansone Auto Mall service department, which is wh has 14,900 miles, the front collision sensor came on for no reason. I then made an appointment with Sansone Auto Mall service department, which is where I purchased my car from. I went and dropped off the car and waited for 1 hr. then I received a text message from the service department telling me that the front sensor bracket is bent and it’s not covered under the warranty and they want me to pay $584 dollars to replace it. I chose to decline paying for something that is covered under the warranty that happened at no fault of mine and waited another 1.5 hrs. After waiting for 2.5 hrs, the service manager came out and gave me my keys and told me that my car is done so I got in my car and obviously they didn’t do anything and the sensor warning light was still on. I decided to make another appointment at another Nissan dealer called Acme Nissan and dropped the car off overnight for them to take a look and try to fix it. Their service department then called me the day in the afternoon and told me that my car was fixed and I can come and pick it up. I went to pick up the car and the car was fixed under the warranty. I wish i had the option to post both reports i received from Sansone and Acme Nissan as proof. Then I decided to go back to Sansone to show them that another dealer which I did not buy the car from, was able to fix my car at no charge under the warranty. The sales person who I bought the car from informed me that I had to talk with the service manager (Raul Nieto-Villarr) because he’s the only one that can help in this situation. First, I showed him both reports then he told me that the reports do not mean anything. Then, I asked him how come one dealer was able to fix my car under the warranty and Sansone was not willing to do the same? Then he responded that the technician decided that the car was not going to fixed under the warranty. Plus, he said something I don’t understand about the warranty (we don’t do that here). From what I understood, is that they do not take the Nissan manufacturer’s warranty at Sansone. Lastly, I asked him, if you’re a customer and saw a review about a car dealer that honored the warranty and the other did not, which dealer will you trust? His response was, it doesn’t really matter, all dealers make mistakes, and some will have good reviews and some will not. More
After buying several cars and several referrals to this dealership. I was told I was no longer welcome there. Why? Because I filled out a survey that was sent to be and I stated my dissatisfaction with the dealership. I was told I was no longer welcome there. Why? Instead of an apology and making things right I received a rude phone call saying to go to another Nissan to fix the recalls and all the mal functions is my 22 Nissan Pathfinder. I am now driving in an unsafe vehicle because Sansone Nissan refuses to service the car they sold me. Never go there. They are great with sales but if your car needs service then good luck! And I called corporate and that was a waste of time as well. More

I felt so informed and satisfied as I drove off with my new vehicle. No pressure, great price and I would highly recommend Esperanza as a Sales Consultant. More

Incentives are for dealerships, not the customer. This is crystal clear at Sansone Auto mall. Had a nice price at the end of March, in April the Altima went to 0% financing for 60 months. They couldn’t even honor their own TruCar price from less than a week earlier. In closing, they know what they want to make on a car. The incentives and rebates from the manufacturer (In my case Nissan) are for them, not you, the customer. Be careful here. More
3/05/2020. Negotiating for a new vehicle whether to lease or finance is often stressful, but it’s still apart of the process. I accept that, however when I am tricked into starting paperwork for a 201 lease or finance is often stressful, but it’s still apart of the process. I accept that, however when I am tricked into starting paperwork for a 2019 when it was clear I was there for a 2020 vehicle on a 3 year lease, I get upset. It’s unprofessional and just bad business! I found out on the phone with my insurance and had them cancel everything at that point. I was furious. The manager gets involved and asks how he could keep me from walking out. Reluctantly I allow him to run numbers for a 2020. Everything looks good, until the manager repeats the new deal and it’s a 2020 vehicle, but a four year lease!!! I don’t mind the back and fourth, it’s the sneaky underhanded tactics that disgusted me. I bought in a lease for a new one. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY IF THERE IS NO HONOR! Yes, they are supposed to make the most money they can on a vehicle, but they do not have to be so underhanded and treacherous in the process. I was due to bring in my lease and I got a deal I was satisfied with in the end, but I will NEVER do business with them again. I was there 7+ hours and I feel like after I rest tonight I will find a new way they did me wrong. I’m over 40, this wasn’t my first rodeo, but the worst car buying experience ever. More
