I went to send some recently xxxxed me to check the 40,000 Mile check and they did not complete what I went there for they change the oil filter and that was it it was a lot of cars on that day and I j 40,000 Mile check and they did not complete what I went there for they change the oil filter and that was it it was a lot of cars on that day and I just felt they didn’t pay attention to what I went there for. Now I have to make another visit to the dealer for them to do the 40,000 mile check I’m very disappointed that I have to go there again and I waited that day for a while More

I just had my 1st and last visit to the dealerships service department,. I made a service appointment and took my 2013 Nissan Maxima in for "Throttle Body Service" on June 29th. The vehicle was in t service department,. I made a service appointment and took my 2013 Nissan Maxima in for "Throttle Body Service" on June 29th. The vehicle was in the possession of the the service tech a very short while (10 minutes) when he emerged and informed me he will need to do a "Fuel Injection Service" as well as the 2 services are a package deal and the cost would not be the $99.00 I was quoted, but instead $279..00.. . I knew instantly I was being scammed as the Fuel Injector was serviced on the vehicle (not at the dealership) 1 month ago. I recognized the "upscale" of unnecessary service at in inflated cost and kindly declined the service. Glad I dodge the bullet and was not ripped off. I will never attempt to service m vehicle at the location again and have informed all my "Nissan Buddies" to bypass this dealership when having their vehicles serviced. More

Absolutely horrible Oil change gone wrong. Damaged my van while lifting it and won’t respond. Won’t take accountability and won’t even reach out to me after this happens.
