DISHONEST I used a TrueCar deal and tried to buy a Mazda. The sales told me that if I want to get the TrueCar price, I have to add a 3000 dollars package due to I used a TrueCar deal and tried to buy a Mazda. The sales told me that if I want to get the TrueCar price, I have to add a 3000 dollars package due to the sentences at the bottom of the deal. Actually it is not true. I called TrueCar and confirmed that I do not need that package to get the price, and those sentences do not mean that either. When I tried to ask the sales to give me a number so I can prepare for the money, he added several things again. He said if I want to change my rims, I need a 1000 dollar lifetime insurance or whatever it calls. Also, I need a 299 window edges thing, besides that, I could not figure out the number he told me compare to my calculation. There's a 800 dollars difference. I'm really upset about their works, and when I tried to get my deposit back, the manager said he has to give TrueCar a reason that why this deal is cancelled. He saw nothing about his employee, but a misunderstanding between me and the sales. Come on, there are three of us, can all of us hear that wrong? He just want some excuses to keep his reputation. Anyway, I do not trust them anymore, and I would not buy cars from them. More

I have a suspended license because they did not surrender my plates, I have to drive hundreds or miles in an attempt to correct their mistakes to learn about the suspension.
