Very nice young man that seriously took the time out and got us exactly what we were looking for feature wise. The price was a lil more than what I expected, but we also received more features than we expected as well, so I can't complain. I must say, it was 1 of my best experiences purchasing a vehicle based on how Sean or the managers did not pressure us. If you go to Sansone, definitely ask for Sean, very helpful and knows the product extremely well. Leandra F. More
Buyers beware! Dishonest Dealer! We went to Sansone KIA to purchase a new 2014 Optima, it was a Friday evening. I had read their online advertisement about no hassle pricing for polic We went to Sansone KIA to purchase a new 2014 Optima, it was a Friday evening. I had read their online advertisement about no hassle pricing for police and firefighter, another lie. We spent almost 4 hours going back and forth over the price. It was closing time and we proceeded to leave when the GM Tom, who we were dealing with comes running out and finally gives us the bottom line price. He tells us if we don't come back in and sign that we won't be seeing that price when we return. Not appreciating his pressure we decided to take our chances, think about it and left. The salesman Jeff was very nice and wanted us to make a deal, telling us it was a great price. The next day we received some texts from Jeff who apologized for the GM and said he would do the deal at the price the GM had given us the night before. I told him to prepare the vehicle and that we would be over to make the purchase. I put down an extra $1000 to lower my payments and picked up the vehicle. Upon leaving we took some pictures of our granddaughter in front of the vehicle as she was very excited. We left and the next day we went to lunch in the car and upon coming out of the dinner noticed the front lower bumper had been hit and cracked! Since I had parked far away from all we thought it impossible that it happened while we were eating. We finally remembered about the pictures we had taken at delivery and discovered the damage was on the vehicle before delivery. I called the salesman who put me on with the GM who offered to FIX the damage feeling that it must have happened while the car was in my possession. This was not acceptable since I had proof it was damaged prior to delivery and they could not blame me for the damage. Had we not taken the pictures I would have been stuck with the damage and cost of repair. (Estimated at approx. 700-1000$.) For the next 4 days over the Memorial Day weekend we were assured over and over that it would be taken care of to our satisfaction.(NOT) We were told they had located a replacement.(NOT) We were told they were getting us the next model up.(NOT) Finally on Tuesday the GM called to say they could not locate another vehicle.(LIE) I had gone online located several similar in options at nearby dealerships and called to verify they were available. At this point we no longer wanted to deal with such unscrupulous individuals. We returned the car, got back out traded vehicle and went directly to FREEHOLD KIA and purchased a vehicle. I am still waiting for my $1000 refund from Sansone after calling TOM and being told it was processed.(NOT) Bottom Line... DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM SANSONE KIA! AND IF YOU DO>>> TAKE MULTIPLE PICTURES FROM ALL SIDES BEFORE DELIVERY! or YOU WILL BE SCREWED! P.S. The window addendum sticker upcharges are BS, almost $5000 in nonsense add ons that are at best worth in total of about $100. GOOD LUCK! More
I came to this dealership with just the intention of looking and getting an idea of what type of car I wanted to purchase. However, with the help and attention to detail from Matt, I was able to lease looking and getting an idea of what type of car I wanted to purchase. However, with the help and attention to detail from Matt, I was able to lease my car in just a few hours. Chris, the manager, was present during most of deal even though I'm sure he had other things that he had to do. Sam, the finance manager, took his time to make sure I got the best possible price. All the employees there only have one mission, to get their customer the best possible deal and they definitely didn't disappoint. I truly believe they gave me the best possible price and made sure to get the price within my budget. Before I left with the car, they explained all the different features with the car and made sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in purchasing/leasing a car. More
I was in the market for a new car for my wife after her old car died. I initially went to Sansone Kia on my son's recommendation. I wanted to test drive an Optima and a Forte. When I entered the store, I w old car died. I initially went to Sansone Kia on my son's recommendation. I wanted to test drive an Optima and a Forte. When I entered the store, I was greeted warmly by Jeff and we discussed my situation. He immediately took me for a test drive in an Optima. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was also very personable. When we returned, I asked to also test drive a Forte to compare, which we did. I told him that I wanted to do some more research and thanked him for his efforts. There was no pressure to make a sale that day, which I appreciated. I completed my research and went on to TrueCar.com and printed out a certificate that had a firm price from Sansone Kia, which I thought was a very fair price. So I decided to return to Sansone Kia the following Saturday with my TrueCar certificate. I met up with Jeff again and I told him I was ready to make a purchase, but I wanted to drive the actual car I was going to buy, so he got the keys and we went for a drive. During the drive, he told that the dealership was having a special and the price was even better than the TrueCar price! Jeff was very helpful, walking me through all of the paperwork and helping to set up the UVO system. He always went out of his way to be sure that I was taken care of and that I understood all steps of the process. I would say that the only negative in the process was that the finance guy was a little slow with his part of the paperwork. I had told Jeff that the car was for my wife and that she was out of town at the time, so he went out of his way to have a banner made up with my wife's name on it. He took a picture of me with banner and her new car and I emailed to her. Overall, my experience at Sansone Kia was one of the best car-buying experiences I have had. Jeff was great and even followed up a few days later to see if my wife liked the car and if we had any questions. I would certainly recommend Sansone Kia to others and I would definitely send them to see Jeff! More

I had one of the best auto buying experiences in my life at Sansone Kia. The staff is great, Jeff and Chris don't put pressure on you to buy they run the number and give you the best deal possible without q at Sansone Kia. In fact I think the deal I got is better than what Kia even advertises!!! I will recommend everyone to go there!!! You will not be screwed over like other Dealerships you're going to honesty and customer service. Everyone I worked with was very helpful. They were very eager to give me the best prices and deals to get it done. I shopped around a little bit but the prices couldn't compete with Sansone. I was concerned about getting out of my current lease a couple of months early but they took care of the remaining amount I had on that car and even offered to fix the dent I had on my bumper. I got the Cadenza and so far I love it. I would definitely consider doing future business with them. More
Beware of car salesmen...this is how i entered sansone kia....after dealing with approx 20 different dealerships in my lifetime of car purchases it was my right to feel like this...boy what a surprise.... kia....after dealing with approx 20 different dealerships in my lifetime of car purchases it was my right to feel like this...boy what a surprise.....sansone and their people could not do enough for me....i wanted the top of the line limited optima....no problem....they gave me a great price...gave me a week to think about it while they located it with no deposit...called me in 3 days and invited my wife and me back to accept or refuse their finding.....i guess this is where they will get me...they held true to all their promises....on to finance where we were offered coffee and pizza, a 20 min signing session which was great, and off to the back to transfer my cars belongings to my new optima....a day of great pricing....kept promises.....great people to deal with.....its the reason why i gave this rating...................................................joe urciuoli More
