I could drop off my car without an appointment. The results of the diagnostic blew me away, because I wasn't expecting an engine replacement. I also had to pay for two more days for rental car and spent 5 hours inside the service office to process the warranty payment. Very stressfull but so far so good. More
I had the worst experience ever with the Kia Service Department. Vehicle dropped off on Fri at 9:30 AM for remote start installation costing $599.00, which I was warned would be an all day thing until 5 Department. Vehicle dropped off on Fri at 9:30 AM for remote start installation costing $599.00, which I was warned would be an all day thing until 5:30 PM due to outside vendor hired to do the job. At 11:25 AM I received a call and was informed that they had ran out of remote start devices and that the best they could do was to re-schedule my vehicle for Mon at 10 AM. I was never sent a new appointment reminder or confirmation. I called the service department Sat afternoon and left a voicemail requesting a call back from a supervisor and I am still waiting. Last, but not least they kept the coupon I intended to use, which would have saved me $75. This just shows no communication between Service Dept. and outside Vendor. My honest and real rating for this Service Center is ZERO stars, unfortunately I had to give them 1. More

Fue muy desagradable, ya que la persona que atendió la señorita Karina Murillo nunca brindó información del estado de la reparación de mi vehículo kia sorrento 2011, en cuanto a la garantía solicitada, e señorita Karina Murillo nunca brindó información del estado de la reparación de mi vehículo kia sorrento 2011, en cuanto a la garantía solicitada, entiendo que es un vehículo con su recorrido de años y millas, como también este vehículo estuvo por una garantía extetendida que me ofreció la Kia nunca tubo solución y después de cuatro meses en el dealer y después de cobrarme 188 solares por un diagnóstico que nunca pedí. El día de recoger el vehículo la señorita Murillo de una forma grosera y displicente me iba a hacer volver al día siguiente ya que el vehículo no prendía y según ella no habia técnicos o un iniciador de corriente, además la señorita Murillo me decía que el vehículo había sido corregido unos testigos en el tablero cosa que no sucedió y fue na mentira ya que al otro aparecieron nuevamente las luces en el tablero, muchas Gracias por su atención.
