The sales guy was deceiving and took us in a crappy tour of the other cars. He said "I can sell you anything in this auto mall." Reality, "You don't want to drive that. It drives the same as the Kia." Talk about shady sales moves. After the negotiations were done, the very cocky sales person did not clarify what were the next steps. We were waiting for more than hour before he told us to get the insurance information. They have no sense of urgency. He was full of corny sales pitches and even forced us to give him a "good review" on some sales web site. Good thing the guy was older and had no clue because I didn't save my review. The sales day ended with a very rushed explanation of the car features because, let's face it, I was tired and the sales guy wanted to go home. Fast forward to a couple of weeks. This sales guy calls me, leaves me several emails saying it was urgent. He was asking for some very unusual information saying that it was for the bank. I spoke with the manager and it wasn't for the bank, but for the registration. Again, he wasn't clear about the process. And of course, wouldn't hurt to be HONEST and tell me what was going on. Now I'm on my way to pick up my registration (no one called me) and they said that I have to pay an additional fee. Another surprise. I feel cheated. Good news that this is a lease and I will definitely not come back or recommend this nightmare to anyone. This is not my first car and I was appalled by the lack of integrity from this place. I had to make this purchase in a rush and I feel like I'm paying extra in price and stress. More

What a relief, then, when I sat down with salesman Sean Stevens at Sansone Kia to hammer out a deal for my 2015 Kia Forte5. Sure there was negotiation, but it was always respectful and fair. There was absolutely no pressure, and no managers with too much gold jewelry and cheap cologne hovering around the desk. It was, dare I say, pleasurable? Other salesmen who weren't involved in our purchase still took the time to say hello and answer questions. All in all, Sansone Kia is professionally run and I will gladly refer friends and family there. More
LACK OF LEADERSHIP & HONESTY I just purchased 2016 KIA Sorrento from this dealer. The sales person and me agreed on a price that they told me included a convenience package. They insisted on delivering the vehicle on the same day. After waiting for almost 6 hours they prepared the vehicle. Then the finance manager told me that their internet was down and I have to come back for signing all required papers following week but I can still take the vehicle. At the time of delivery sales person I was dealing with pulled out a trick and told me that their is no convenience package included (worth almost $1000). They still delivered the vehicle and promised me some free accessories. Following week the finance manager at the time of signing documents pulled out his trick saying that he has to charge me extra $300 for windows with VIN etching. Nobody had mentioned me about that as well at the time of vehicle purchase. almost 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the 4 accessories item they promised to give me (worth about $350) to make up the convenience package they didn't give me with their dirty sales trick. Every single day I call to find out if they have my items and they give me all sorts of run around. I definitely do not recommend this dealer to anyone for purchasing their vehicle from them and get taken for a joyride. New Update (06/12/2015) ================= They finally installed the "Remote Start" (from third party vendor) in my vehicle 2 weeks ago (at no charge to me) to make up all the troubles and problems (monetarily and convenience wise) they caused me in my new vehicle purchase experience. New Problem: (06/12/2015) ================== Ever since they installed the "Remote Start", I have requested multiple times via email, phone and in person (from their service manager, sales manager, customer relations manager and even owner) to provide me a following: (a) Some sort of proof on a piece of paper indicating that THE REMOTE START installation was done at KIA dealership and hence none of any original KIA warranties were breached and they are intact as it was for the original new purchase of the vehicle. As of today and now no one has responded to me (via email or phone) in any form for this request. Definitely this can be defined as TOTAL UNPROFESSIONALISM and nothing else. I tried very hard to rectify this review but the dealership just doesn't want me to. New Update (06/23/2015) ================== I finally received a phone call today from Customer Relations Manager (Ms. Alicia Alonso) to discuss about this certified letter (indicating there was no breach in the original KIA warranties as a result of the installation of THE REMOTE START done at the dealership by the third party vendor) I had requested to get from the dealership. To my surprise she mentioned that the dealership can't provide me with such a letter as per their legal department's advice. She offered me an alternate solution to remove the currently installed REMOTE START (third party) and install a new REMOTE START (original manufactured by KIA) by KIA certified technician and then provide me with the certified letter that I am originally requesting. This definitely calls for at least one (or more)inconvenient trip for me to the dealership. I would categorize this incident as one more unprofessional way of handling the valued customer. Besides it will raise one more new concern for me and that will be, would they definitely guarantee me that all the ORIGINAL KIA WARRANTIES were NOT compromised during the first time installation of third party REMOTE START and then de-installation of it to install the ORIGINAL KIA REMOTE START SYSTEM? Looking at my experience so far ever since I bought this vehicle, I highly doubt it. I wouldn't be surprise if they will come up with some new trick(s) to cover up their prior mistakes and mishandling of VALUED CUSTOMER, not to mention how long they will take to fix and cover up this current mistake. More
Now that is what I call Great Customer Service!! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and have dealt with some crazy headaches when dealing with a car salesperson. I am NOT a fan of the back and forth thing when it comes to the number crunching. I walked into Sansone Kia met Sean and told him as soon as I walked up to him "I am here to buy a car, do not do the back and forth thing with me because I don't have the patience and I will walk away and don't keep me here for more than 4 hours" He did exactly what I asked. It was the 3rd hour with 45 minutes and I walked up to Sean and said "You have 15 minutes left to complete this sale" and he walked into his finance managers office and had it completed in 15 minutes. "Now that is what I call Great Customer Service!) and because of that I would recommend Sean and Sansone Kia to my friends and family. Great Job Sean! I will think about purchasing that $66,000 car! LOL... More
Beware crooks... 4 trips and still didn't get my money back I went to trade in my lease for a new one. No problem right? Well I had one payment left and they signed and stated they would take that last payment I went to trade in my lease for a new one. No problem right? Well I had one payment left and they signed and stated they would take that last payment over... Never did! and it's been a month.. Then the salesman Shawn from Kia says that they sent the check out. Called the bank and to find out they did send a check but for 15000... So they bought the vehicle. No problem. So where is my last payment. Still never made... Then when trying to speak them on the phone or in person no one has no idea and that they never bought the car. When I insisted on call the bank while I was in their presents, but no they "investigate it" and find out... still after a month the bank hasn't changed the story. They bought the car but never recieved the last payment. Beware of Shawn and his two "sales managers" ozzy and Tom... Still won't answer a call. This is my first review I've ever written about any company.. But this is well deserved and just informing they future customers.. I'm a nice guy honestly and I pay my bills on time. The least thing to do is answer the phone and not make me come there and they still have no clue from their front to back. More
