Fue muy desagradable, ya que la persona que atendió la señorita Karina Murillo nunca brindó información del estado de la reparación de mi vehículo kia sorrento 2011, en cuanto a la garantía solicitada, e señorita Karina Murillo nunca brindó información del estado de la reparación de mi vehículo kia sorrento 2011, en cuanto a la garantía solicitada, entiendo que es un vehículo con su recorrido de años y millas, como también este vehículo estuvo por una garantía extetendida que me ofreció la Kia nunca tubo solución y después de cuatro meses en el dealer y después de cobrarme 188 solares por un diagnóstico que nunca pedí. El día de recoger el vehículo la señorita Murillo de una forma grosera y displicente me iba a hacer volver al día siguiente ya que el vehículo no prendía y según ella no habia técnicos o un iniciador de corriente, además la señorita Murillo me decía que el vehículo había sido corregido unos testigos en el tablero cosa que no sucedió y fue na mentira ya que al otro aparecieron nuevamente las luces en el tablero, muchas Gracias por su atención. I brought my car in to have the tires replaced under the insurance. I had 2 slow leaks going and one tech found it at my initial visit and when they scheduled me to have the tires replaced 3 weeks later whi insurance. It took me two official visits to have the slow leak tires replaced. The Exhaust has an issue now and wasn't addressed by at least ordering the part at the 1st visit when it was identified. They do not provide a loaner car either so it is very inconvenient between time and rescheduling work. So at the second visit is when they ordered the Exhaust Part which I haven't received a call yet from the dealer regarding it. It has been over 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks, I am losing count of days and a bit exhausted. I regret not buying a BMW or Mercedes for the "SERVICE" aspect of it alone. I now have a horn that isn't working which is a new issue and I haven't even cleared the old issue of the exhaust yet. The 2023 KIA Sportage is starting to have issue that are piling up. Lets see if the Dealership returns my voice mail I left this morning. More

Service department is terrible. Messed up my oil change by not tightening drain plug or filter making me leak oil all over my driveway.
