As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Max. He was very friendy and helped us right away. He made us feel at home and part of the family at Sansone. The car salesman Daniel Clarke made me feel welcome & after the deal was done although I expect the dealer to make money (because they are in fact running a business), I didn't feel that I was taken adva after the deal was done although I expect the dealer to make money (because they are in fact running a business), I didn't feel that I was taken advantage of, and never felt as if I were being treated as a child, which is very important. From the beginning my experience with Sansone has been a negative one. The "new" 2010 Jeep Commander I purchased in late September 2010 ended up being a dealer car which had over 6000 miles on it, a fact th negative one. The "new" 2010 Jeep Commander I purchased in late September 2010 ended up being a dealer car which had over 6000 miles on it, a fact that was thrown into the price negotiations at a late stage. Against my wife's advice, I went ahead and purchased the car since I was determined to do so after spending almost a full day down in Avenel. Unfortunately, since it was used by various employees of the dealer, one of the 2 sets of keys was unable to be found and I was promised a second set on the "Owe" list. When my wife drove down there to have the license plates put on, nobody seemed to know how to address the key situation and we were told we would get them next time. I returned to Sansone on 12/29 to have the car serviced, primarily due to a grinding, scraping noise when i accelerated and too get an oil change and that 2nd set of keys. After almost 4 hours, I left with only an oil change and new wipers (seemed soon for a "new" car), with a part being ordered to address the noise emanating from the car, and no 2nd key (again!), being told I could have the key made when the part arrived and I came back. The feeling I was left with then was that Sansone was happy to have made a sale of a dealer-used car but cares nothing about my satisfaction once I drove that car off the lot. I have subsequently attempted to make service appointments both via phone and the service form online and get nowhere, with appointments offered a week or so out or in some cases getting a call asking if I was looking to buy a car. I have asked to speak to service department director and been put through to another voicemail by same name. I will be getting my necessary service from a local Jeep dealer instead, however I unfortunately will need to return to Sansone for the part and that 2nd key, which I really need. I have read a lot of positive comments on Sansone, but my experience has been very poor and I do not recommend this Jeep dealer. More

I went for a routine oil change service on April 4th, 2011. Frank was the service rep and was fantastic. The car was serviced very quickly and I was out of the dealership within an hour. I brought my 2004 Pacifica in for maintenance service and to correct an issue with the automatic headlights. The automatic headlights issue was not corrected. I still have the the problem of the lights flash to correct an issue with the automatic headlights. The automatic headlights issue was not corrected. I still have the the problem of the lights flashing intermittently during daylight. The maintenance items were taken care of very well. I am very pleased with the Know Your Vehicle report. I am disappointed that I have to come back to for an issue that was supposedly fixed. More

I had an excellent experience at Sansone Jeep. I had my guard up when I went in there because of a bad experience I had at a previous dealership. Almost right away I felt comfortable with the salesperson. He showed me my options and we test drove the car. They made it affordable for me to buy in a timely mannor. I almost did not take the vehicle that day because my son and I had not had lunch...They even treated me to lunch in their deli located right on the property while we waited for the car to be cleaned and paperwork to be ready. The salesperson was very easy going and professional despite being very new to the business. The manager came over to help finalize the deal and we never felt like it was a high pressure "pushy" tactic. We drove home the car and i will be going back sometime later this year to try to lease one of those new Dorangos trucks. More
