My husband I purchased a suzuki in 2003, then a hyundai in 2006 and now a chrysler in 2011 from Sansone auto. ALL THE SALES PEOPLE AND SERVICE PEOPLE HERE ARE TOP NOTCH!! They are genuine, honest individ in 2006 and now a chrysler in 2011 from Sansone auto. ALL THE SALES PEOPLE AND SERVICE PEOPLE HERE ARE TOP NOTCH!! They are genuine, honest individuals, and they take the time to get to know your desires, and needs. (If they had sold Jeep when I needed one, I would have bought it there too!). The service folks are thorough and friendly and offer great coupon specials regularly too. And, they always do great prices because they have such high volume. But, you don't feel like a number. ALL THEIR SALES FLOORS are welcoming and warm. Again, they are genuine, decent people. More

After several weekends trying to find a serious dealership I found on the internet the Sansones. They were great. I had total assistant before and after my car's purchase. I originally posted a review of this dealership on 4/13/11 in which i described my poor overall experience with this dealer, from the purchase (found out it was a dealer car mid-process) to subsequent 4/13/11 in which i described my poor overall experience with this dealer, from the purchase (found out it was a dealer car mid-process) to subsequent service issues and failure to deliver items I am owed (including a 2nd key which had been misplaced by one of the dealer reps who had been driving the car). As a response to the review, I received a call on 4/28/11 from Don, the service manager, who apologized for their shortfalls in service and promised to make everything right. He seemed to agree with me that it was ridiculous that it was April and I had yet to be provided with a 2nd key from my purchase in September and said he would look into it and that they had been having problems with reprogramming keys. I was told that he would get back to me as soon as the key issue was figured out and we would make an appointment to pick up the key and to put in a replacement part that has been at the dealership since late December. I was given his direct number and was told to call if i needed anything. Within 15 minutes of our call, a dealer response to my review was posted in which it said they were able to arrange to get the customer both the part and the key that he needed and that they were able to turn a negative experience into a good one. Are you kidding me? Paying me lip service and making promises doesn't fix everything, DELIVERING on those promises is the start of going in that direction. Well, when I hadn't heard back from Don by late May, I called that direct number and got his voicemail, and I left a nice message saying that I was checking to see what the situation was with the key since I had never heard back from him. Since it was the Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend, I didn't expect to hear back that week but fully expected to the following week, but nothing. I waited 2 more weeks and then this Tuesday I called again and got his voicemail and said that if I hadn't heard back by today that he would leave me no choice but to return to this site (and others) with another negative review, so here I am. I am at wits end and contemplating legal action to get this dealership to uphold their end of our purchase agreement and the We Owe that was issued to me upon purchase. To add insult to injury, I was told my purchase included 12 months of free Sirius radio, however that ended 2 weeks ago, after only 8 months since purchase...the reason? The first 4 months of the 12 included with the car were for the enjoyment of the employees of the dealership who drove the car around for 4 months (and 6000 miles) before selling it to me. So now I expect to be reimbursed for 4 months of a Sirius subscription. Reading a lot of positive reviews of this dealer and can't figure out why my experience has been such a nightmare. More
I am very pleased with my sales person Vernon Faith! He was knowledgable and friendly. Vernon made me and my husband feel welcome without being pushy! Me and my husband bought the 2011 Jeep and Love it. Amy our sales agent was wonderful and made purchasing this vehicle a wonderful experience.
