I've been delaying going out to buy a car for a long time because I don't like the whole dealer experience that I've had in the past. It takes too long, they play with you with the price, then they give you one payment but by the time you get to financing they give you a higher one so I really did not look forward to going car shoppinge to get a new one, I read a bunch of reviews with Sansone and it did not help my anxiety about the whole thing. But the time came where I couldnt wait any more I needed a vechicle. My husband and I went in on a Friday night, very cold night may I say, and we were greeted outside with a smile, we were out in about an hour 1/2 tops 2 with eveything we needed. On top of it all we got to financing and the payment was lower with much more perks then we expected. The vechicle I purchased had a very tiny crack in the windshield and they replaced it for me with my sales rep Carlos coming to my job to pick up and drop off my car. I definitely recommend Sansone and my sales rep Carlos Enriquez. As soon it's time to get my husband a new car we will return. Thank you! More
