It is so nice to trust those working on your vehicle, especially when it's your wife's rig and she hauls around your children. My experience was thorough and complete. We dropped the car off to get it fixed. They didn't have parts to complete the job so they ordered them. After 2 days they called and said the parts came in but not everything they ordered They didn't have parts to complete the job so they ordered them. After 2 days they called and said the parts came in but not everything they ordered was in the box so we waited another couple of days. Once the parts finally came in. We had a 10:00 appointment. To get it fixed . Since we were coming from a distance away we we're going to wait for the car to get done. At 1:00 I called to check the status and the car was even in yet . At 3:00 the car was finally done. I know things happen but maybe try to tighten up on the customer service a little. Other than that everything is back to working good. More
