She went to correct it and 2nd slip said Donna M Schrock with Clarkston address. Kolbie said she could not change it to my name and address. I want paperwork correct so I have the record on my car. A lady in office gave me a copy of how my my account reads correctly. I think Kolbie looked up Schrock and ignored did not match up the rest of my info. For the record I’m Donna L Schrock.
