We had a great experience with Dennis. He was very communicative and transparent. Our engine went out and we had to have it replaced through your dealership. Dennis gave us updates throughout the process and was very upfront with everything. We enjoyed working with him.

Right from the start Edgar took care of us with a very stressful situation. New truck needed a new transmission and we didn’t want the smaller shop to do the work so we got ahold of sangster motors and they were very happy to take this on and worked with us through the process. Surprisingly we got a call a few weeks later and the truck was ready to go. This is what a standup dealership does. They even washed the truck!
Edgar was my service writer and was great to deal with! His customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend him and the service dept! My local dealer couldn’t fix the issues with my truck and the crew and Sangsters fixed it with no problems!
