Due to my work schedule, I initially contacted Sangera through their online site and I was contacted within a few hours by Max Pierce who had everything geared up for me when I was able to come in. Due to an illness, Max was not able to see the deal to the end, but he immediately got me in contact with Brandon Row. When I pulled in, my new car was sitting there ready to go. All we essentially had to do was sign papers. Our main concern this Friday was whether we'd get to a Condors came by puck drop, and thanks to Brandon and Max's work, we were able to. He was great communicating through email and texting answer my questions in a very timely manner and always planned to be available when I dropped by so I never had to wait for any information. I have seldom enjoyed buying new cars and now that I am into retirement I find patience is not my strongest attribute, but I can honestly say Sangera and Brandon showed me nothing but patience, support and their undivided attention when I worked with them either on-line or on the lot over a three month period.
