Overpriced service Went to get a headlight fixed. It had a short. They said although I had the platinum extended warranty the short wasn’t covered. I expected to pay Went to get a headlight fixed. It had a short. They said although I had the platinum extended warranty the short wasn’t covered. I expected to pay for the headlight but was quoted over $300. I obviously went elsewhere but was still charged for the short. Was told they would try and file the claim for warranty on Monday morning and call me to let me know if it was covered. Never got a call back. The service advisor was friendly during the process but the pricing and lack of warranty coverage were very disappointing. Less than impressed with the experience. More
