As this was to be my first automobile purchase, I did an extensive amount of personal research and some soul searching before I decided. I do not have money to throw around and wanted to be sure to get a good deal, but I also did not want a vehicle I would regret buying. I heard great things about Toyota and especially the hybrid Prius model. I did some online research on the fuel economy and safety features of the Prius and found I could afford the Prius C. Next I looked at the creature comforts: seats, navigation, audio, moonroof, power amenities, etc. When I felt ready, I reviewed the Toyota official website to find Sammy Lee. I emailed Sammy, and he responded right away. That showed his enthusiasm to help me. I met him to see Prius C models and test drove a C 3. Sammy explained the difference between C 3 and C 4 which helped me decide on the C 4. His patience with all my questions made the sales experience easy and relaxing. Sammy even laughed at my jokes, which is always a plus in my book. After deciding on the vehicle, Sammy helped me decide on financing. I asked him to calculate how much the total cost of the vehicle would be if i paid cash or financed for 60 months. Once again his patience made the process pain free. I now have my first automobile, and it is economic, safe and fun. My experience with Sammy and his dealership was pleasant and rewarding. I would highly recommend Sammy and his dealership to anyone who wants a great car at a great price. More

My son studies in University of Illinois. He told me he needs car for errands and work in the doctor's office. I have a 2006 Honda pilot and is capable to tackle the weather over there. However, I have a second thought due to the size and also my wife concerns that. It is a big rig. So I started to look into this 2013 RAV4. It seems the size is right and perfect for the my son; the first time driver. So I sent in my quote request to SF Toyota. And Larry Lim was the person responded my quote. He is so friendly and talked me into for a test drive of the new RAV4. I went with my wife. I was impressed of the car. He took his time to explain the detail features and options of the car. I told him my son likes the Grey Color and black interior. He said 'no problem' he can get me the car. Next day he told me he got the car for me. He also gave me the price that I want. I was very surprised. So in the end I traded in my Honda pilot for the new 2013 RAV4. I am very happy. I highly recommend Larry Lim if you are in a need for a new car. Working with Tani Tritasavit was great; he was personable and made the process stress free. I never enjoyed dealing with dealers (negotiating on price, pushy/cocky sales person, etc); however, Tani was very and made the process stress free. I never enjoyed dealing with dealers (negotiating on price, pushy/cocky sales person, etc); however, Tani was very patient, never pressured us, and gave us the best price without having to negotiate (which I compared on my smartphone). My wife and I were debating between a Highlander and 4Runner, and Tani listened and understood our concerns. He provided great information that addressed our concerns, which helped us decide on the Highlander. Tani was able to find a Highlander with our "must-haves" and more while keeping the price within our budget. On the test drive, Tani took us through a route that allowed me to "really" test the vehicle's performance/handling. Overall, I was glad we were able to work with Tani and would recommend family/friends to him who are looking to buy a Toyota. More
Ryan Dong is the reason I went to this dealership. My boyfriend recently bought a 2013 Camry from Ryan. I read the emails they exchanged and met Ryan when my boyfriend went to pick up and buy the car. Ryan was professional, responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout the process. Of course, it also helped that his price beat out at least two other dealerships in the Bay Area. I have been shopping for a car for a little over a year and was discouraged by the misinformation and sleaze factor at the other dealerships. Meeting Ryan was like a breath of fresh air. Actually, the whole dealership is a breath of fresh air. The whole team seems to value customer service. Yes, that's right. They care about the customers. I wanted a white Camry with ivory interior. The evening when I declared this, there was only one left in the Bay Area that fit all of my specifications, so Ryan arranged to have it driven to SF the next day. This one didn't quite work out. Instead of talking me into buying it anyway (which I'm sure the other dealers would have done in an attempt to make a fast buck), Ryan volunteered to get another white/ivory Camry for me so that I will be perfectly happy with my expensive purchase. He was able to locate another car but it didn't quite fit my specifications: It has a wheel lock that I didn't want. Rather than charging me for it (which other dealers would have done), Ryan threw it in for free just so that I can have my perfect white/ivory Camry. Now THAT's the action of an empowered employee who understands the meaning of customer satisfaction. When I went to purchase the car, there were no last-minute surprises of any kind. Ryan was straightforward and honored the original price we agreed to. The finance guy, Phillip, didn't try to squeeze in the usual extras. And lastly, it was really nice that the manager, Russ, came by to greet and congratulate me on the purchase. Buying a car is probably the second most stressful purchase you can make in your life (home purchase being the first). Ryan certainly made this experience pleasant. Oh, and did I mention how happy I am with my new white Camry? :) Epilogue: Ryan called today to make sure I don't have any questions about the car. He did a pretty good job showing me how to use the various tech features in the car the day I picked it up, so I don't have any questions so far. But boy, it sure feels nice to know that you aren't left in the dust right after you drive the car off the lot. More
