From researching prices, finding the color car I wanted, to explaining all the workings of the new 2013 Toyota Camry LE to me, he could not have done better. I never felt rushed or pressured. I took a Camry on a test drive around the Presidio - a wonderful experience - and got used to the handling, etc. I want to thank Chris and SF Toyota for making what is often an unpleasant experience at other car dealerships a very fulfilling one. We came to San Francisco from the Central Valley to purchase a new Toyota. Everyone at the dealership treated us like family! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We decided on the Toyota Camry SE, but they didn't have the color we wanted. No problem! Mr. Wever got on the phone and located just what we wanted from another dealer. We went to lunch and when we returned the new car was on the lot and we got the paperwork done. We wanted a couple of accessories added and Melissa arranged to get them installed the next day. We returned two days later on Bart and Byron Wong picked us up at the Bart station and whisked us to the dealership. Our car was all ready for us and we headed home very pleased. An excellent experience! It couldn't have been better! More

After having an unpleasant experience at another Toyota dealership (they refused to give me information because my husband was not there) I went to the San Francisco dealership. Both Victor Kim and Russ M dealership (they refused to give me information because my husband was not there) I went to the San Francisco dealership. Both Victor Kim and Russ Mobley were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. I wanted a very specific Avalon hybrid, and after searching the West Coast for it, Russ then ordered one to be built for me. He e-mailed updates on the progress from the day the car was made to the cross county shipping progress. The car came from Kentucky more quickly than expected, and the dealership got it to me right away. Victor was extremely helpful in trading in my older Avalon, and when the new car came, he explained all the bells and whistles. The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly and low key, with no sense of pressure-not the typical "I hate car salesmen" experience at all! This is the 4th car we bought from SF Toyota and we continue to be very happy with their service and attitude. More

I used Consumer Reports to get quotes from three dealerships in the San Fran area. San Fran Toyota was the most competitive and seemed to have the best inventory. The negotiation was completed mostly over email and text with Sabrina Shia (La). She was very responsive and customer-oriented. When Toyota announced a customer loyalty cash rebate after I had already made a deposit on the car, Sabrina contacted me and asked if I currently owned a Toyota (which I do). She included the rebate in the final price when I picked up the car. The dealership seems to have a good honest feel rather than the traditional "used car salesperson" atmosphere. As an example, there were no pressure tactics when meeting with the Business Manager for additional add-ons (extended warranty, window etching, etc). I would absolutely consider buying a car through this dealership again. Keep up the good work Sabrina and San Fran Toyota! More

To sum up our buying experience, we shopped at several dealers including Roseville, Vallejo, various Bay Area dealers including one in Southern California. After working with several sales people at these locations, Larry stood out from the others for his straightforwardness, and attention to the customers needs without being overly pushy on the sale. In the end, we were willing to pay over our asking price and best offer from another dealership because of our relationship with Larry Lim and San Francisco Toyota (Geary St + Van Ness St.) In the end he still gave us the best price in the market, and ensured the new vehicle was prepped, waxed, and ready for us upon pickup. We highly recommend seeking out the services of Larry Lim or Michael La when in the Market for a new Toyota or Scion. More
