I had a very good experience purchasing my new Ford F-350 Super Duty Truck at Sames Bastrop Ford. No high pressure sale or haggling over pricing. Sales rep was honest and very knowledgeable of the vehicles o Super Duty Truck at Sames Bastrop Ford. No high pressure sale or haggling over pricing. Sales rep was honest and very knowledgeable of the vehicles operation and included functions. Closing purchase was a cinch. Finance Manager clearly explained the vehicles cost and the additional fees and warranties. I would definitely consider my next vehicle pruchase from this dealership. John More

This is the second truck I've bought from Sames Ford, it won't be my last, Mr Chester is the perfect sales man very nice and helpful he helped me tremendously and Chester and a young man named Tristan help won't be my last, Mr Chester is the perfect sales man very nice and helpful he helped me tremendously and Chester and a young man named Tristan help me transfer transfer my tool box and tools to my new truck and thank Sames Ford for my new yeti cooler, i have had two great experiences at Sames Ford ,if your in the market for a new vehicle i suggest going to Sames Ford the oldest dealership in Texas i promise it's worth the ride.. They sold me a car. Told me they had done their certified checklist on the vehicle and found nothing wrong. Told me it would be under their warranty as a certified car a Told me they had done their certified checklist on the vehicle and found nothing wrong. Told me it would be under their warranty as a certified car and also would have a 100 day 100% parts and service agreement if we bought it. Then came back and said it wouldn’t be a certified vehicle but they would honor the 100 day 100% parts and service agreement. 2 weeks later check engine light comes on and only driven a couple hundred miles. Took it back to the dealership, they wouldn’t honor their word on the 100 day warranty, wouldn’t pay or offer anything to fix the problems which basically will add 3K to the price I paid for the vehicle. Now, I have tried to have a meeting with the GM of sales to remedy the situation and he is either at lunch or won’t call me back. Stay away from this dealership!! They will lie to get you in a car and then not take any responsibility for selling you a bad car! I thought I was going to a reputable dealership to buy a vehicle for my daughter and now left with a sour taste in my mouth. Again, stay away from this dealership. More
