Bad service department Took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler in for a popping/clunk from rear end. 3 appointments later and problem still isn’t fixed. Ram 2500 Purchase Being this close to the end of the year, finding a black 2017 Ram 2500 with sport and off-road packages was getting very difficult but I ended up find Being this close to the end of the year, finding a black 2017 Ram 2500 with sport and off-road packages was getting very difficult but I ended up finding several at Sam Leman in Morton, IL. Being that I’m 445 miles (7 hour drive) away, I worked with Scott Kuykendall almost all through text messages and email. Once we got everything worked out (incentives, pricing and trade-in), I hit the road. I was very relieved when I arrived and Scott already had everything lined up and put together for me knowing I was about to turn right around and drive the new truck 7 hours back home. Not only did he have everything ready to go, he took the time out of his day, after the deal was already done to walk around and hop into the new truck and go over all of the features. He even had my address programmed into the Nav as “home” for me! When I arrived, the truck was ready and waiting with a fresh wash and a full tank of gas. More
