I am happy with the vehicle and salesperson was helpful in providing options in my budget. However, I have a sour taste in my mouth because once I had purchased the van it was evident the salesperson was n in providing options in my budget. Had one lingering issue where my spare key was at another dealership and was told it would be there next day and they could even deliver it. I did not hear from them and I ended up having to contact the dealership every couple days, I was always told "tomorrow" and they would call. They never called and I started to wonder if they lost the key. 2 weeks later I finally had my key, I drove back to the dealership to get. They were not very apologetic. Overall not impressed with the way I was treated. More
