Beware out of state buyers. I had questions after purchase. I called with no answers, I emailed and after several attempts my email came back rejected, I was blocked. I was owed I had questions after purchase. I called with no answers, I emailed and after several attempts my email came back rejected, I was blocked. I was owed $60 for funds they were supposed to pay and I was trying to collect. I tried to get in touch with my sales person and finance And neither one returned my call. I already paid too much in interest rate, that was my fault but the car had everything I wanted in a vehicle. I drove almost 3 hours to pick it up and they won’t pay what they owe me?? Then block me from email and don’t take my call?? POOR VERY POOR More

Not a pleasant experience. The ONLY service work was when the 'check engine' light came on. It cost me $180 for them to tell me what was wrong and over $1800 of parts and labor and it still wasn't fixed. They had to call the manufacturer who suggested they check they wiring. The service dept. found some corroded wires which they cleaned up and the truck was fine. I still had to pay the $1980 for parts that it doesn't appear that it needed. I will never do business with thi dealership again. More
Bought a used car from them and it was the worst decision ever. The car had some permanent codes due to a faulty aftermarket exhaust install and was tuned for 93 octane. Neither of these issues were disclose ever. The car had some permanent codes due to a faulty aftermarket exhaust install and was tuned for 93 octane. Neither of these issues were disclosed and in fact, they cleared the active codes to sell me a car with no visible issues. The morning after purchase, the permanent codes threw check engine light and they refused to help it cover repair costs. That is on top of the warranty I purchased for $6,000. The fix is a whole new exhaust system, fuel pumps, catalytic converters, and a new oxygen sensor install. Their were also random knocks and ticks that would show up after I drove for a while that I never could have discovered in a short test drive. Worst dealership I've ever seen. Runn from the lying crooks as fast as you can. More
I was in the market for a Ram Power Wagon and found a one-of-a-kind 75th anniversary edition at Sam Leman in Morton. Living in Colorado presented a challenge in being able to visit the dealership and see one-of-a-kind 75th anniversary edition at Sam Leman in Morton. Living in Colorado presented a challenge in being able to visit the dealership and see the vehicle firsthand, however. I worked with Anthony "AJ" and he was able to help me with some detailed questions I had as well as hold the vehicle so I could fly out and test drive it.(Holding vehicles is not standard practice I should add but I secured it with a down payment showing I was a serious buyer.) After a cancelled flight and a 14-hour impromptu road trip I then worked with AJ right after a severe snowstorm and during an arctic blast. Not exactly vehicle shopping weather but AJ was onsite with a freshly cleaned and ready vehicle and the test drive took place. A few hours later I was on my way with my new truck. Admittedly the vehicle did have a few issues I had to address after I got it home and was able to go over in warmer weather. Thankfully they were minor, and all covered by the existing warranty. Buying a vehicle out of state is tough but AJ and Sam Leman made it a smooth experience. More
I met them there for the test drive the salesman I met Noah Lindsey was friendly and respectful but when it came time to take me car for a test drive, the sales manager came over and told me he could only Noah Lindsey was friendly and respectful but when it came time to take me car for a test drive, the sales manager came over and told me he could only give me 1/4 of the price other dealerships offered due to a suspected “transmission” quiver.:: when I explained that the transmission had just been replaced at the dealership not line ago and has been regularly serviced since, he tried feeding me the next line of xx as to why he couldn’t give me more than $1000 trade in value for my car. He was a crook, and this is a bad face as a leader in the dealership. When I walked out, the same manager was giving the same spiel to the couple next to me. I would avoid that place if you’re planning to get any value for your trade in. More

They did venmo me money for the wiper blade but went round and round with them about getting the rim and fender flare fixed. I even asked them to send me white paint to fix the fender flare. They tried to send me to a local dealer and wanted to wash their hands clean with dealing with me. I emailed them weekly to try to fix these issues. Gave them plenty of time. Finally I filled out the survey on the sale. AJ got all upset and basically stopped dealing with me after that. I would not recommend this dealership. I even left voice and text messages for the GM and emailed him but never got a response. I would steer clear if you are not local to them. More
