I have been dealing with Salvadore Cheverolet for almost one year now, and I cannot explain how terrific they are! Everything is always top of the line, EXCELLENT! EVERYONE is always SO nice!...and it feel one year now, and I cannot explain how terrific they are! Everything is always top of the line, EXCELLENT! EVERYONE is always SO nice!...and it feels genuine...not like at other dealerships I have been to. I think that is what makes it the best! I always feel so welcome when I stop by the dealership, whether it be for an oil change or maintanence. I recently purchased a 2011 Malibu, which I absolutely LOVE! It could have not gone smoother. From the Salesmen, to financing, to the techs and mechanics. I wish that I had purchased from them from the very beginning! I truly consider Salvadore Cheverolet Dealership #1! More

My wife and I were looking for a new HHR and Salvadore had one advertised on their website in the color we wanted at a great price. We went down to test drive it and it was exactly as they advertised. T had one advertised on their website in the color we wanted at a great price. We went down to test drive it and it was exactly as they advertised. They were very friendly and Doug was very helpful getting us out on the test drive and going over the features of the car. When we got back we sat down to negotiate and we ended up with a very fair price for out trade and a great price on the car as well. We really liked the "no pressure" attitude at Salvadore. We live in Gardner and had never shopped there before, but we will probably be back when we are ready for a new vehicle. More

I was very pleased to have gone to a Chevrolet Dealership and deal with honest people. You hear so many stories that Dealerships over charge. I thought that I was going to need front end work on my Tahoe a and deal with honest people. You hear so many stories that Dealerships over charge. I thought that I was going to need front end work on my Tahoe and in fact I was wrong. The service department did something to my torsion that made the noise go away and ended up only having to pay for a oil change. I proceeded to the parts counter before I left to get new wiper blades (something I can install myself). Joe in parts was very informative and even though I was only buying wiper blades Joe spent time with me explaining what he thought I should purchase. I highly recommend to anyone that owns a vehicle to come to Salvadore Chevrolet Service Department. More

My son wanted to buy a jeep from Salvadore auto, after test driving it, we noticed a leak in the rag top. The car was still under warranty, they said they would fix the vehicle, order him a new manual and test driving it, we noticed a leak in the rag top. The car was still under warranty, they said they would fix the vehicle, order him a new manual and repair the carpet. Picked up the vehicle, and it was still leaking, salesperson said they ordered him a new roof from jeep, when we spoke to service later, they said they, nor parts had ever been asked to order roof. They wanted to have an upholster put in a new zipper, though before we picked up car, they promised new roof. After much complaining on our parts, they finally swapped the roof for another jeep's on the lot. They then sold that jeep KNOWING the roof leaked. This is not the worst part, we agreed to have a 72 month loan, and we needed a certain price to be at per month. They led us to believe that they lowered the price by 1000, when in fact, had applied for 75 month loan without asking, never found this out until a bank sent a denial letter because the term was too long. My son now has a mark on his credit for being turned down for a loan with a term he did NOT agree to. There was problem after problem. When I called, my calls were not returned, nor were my emails. I have since spoken to many others about the shady repair tactics and sales tactics as well. Please, BEWARE, this is a very shady dealer who will tell you what ever you want to hear, and NOT follow thru on a single thing. We still, 6 weeks later have not gotten the manual promised. More

I found several cars on their web site and went down to take a test drive. Doug was very helpful after I made my decision. They made it very easy and hassel free when it came to the financing, and gave me take a test drive. Doug was very helpful after I made my decision. I had one small minor repair several days after purchasing the vehicle and Doug took care of it right away without hesitation. I would highly recommend Salvodore if you are looking for a new car or a high quality used car. More

I don't understand people with the hard sell. I make it a point not to buy from them. When I talked to the people at Salvador there was no presure and the price was cheaper. We when back and forth from ordering to finacing with E-mail, which saved me a lot of time. I'm very busy in my bisiness I would recommend and do to my freinds to purchase a vehicle there. I was in a pinch for a new car because my 2004 Chevy Cavalier was involoved in a collision and deemed totalled. With a little help from a friend who is a customer not only business wise, but personally as well, I worked with Mr. Pete Moore. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. Carlos, their finance person, was also great! Both answered all of my questions and were extremely helpful in the process of getting my new vehicle. I am LOVING my new 2011 Ice Blue Metallic Chevrolet Cruze. For anyone in the market for a car, I would reccommend Salvadore in heartbeat :). More

the sales experience was not driven by pressure to buy. they completly worked with us to get to a price that my wife and i felt comfortable with. the dealership worked with our credit union to find the veh they completly worked with us to get to a price that my wife and i felt comfortable with. the dealership worked with our credit union to find the vehicle in the range of price i was looking for and the make and model. i had a small issue with paying for the vehicle, as money for a deposit was owed to me and the finance person stated you will need to deal with the salesman. from that point i disagreed and made him aware that i would receive my deposit at this time of payment for the new vehicle and not at a later date. i feel this was unprofessional and this made both of us uncomfortable.
