1/30/2012 bought "factory rebuilt transmission with 3/yr 100,000 mile warrantee". 3/28/2012 - returned the car with transmission issues 7 TIMES and only driven 1,069 miles. First time back was less than 200 miles later -- seems like I have been back every week since then. They either can't find any issue or keep replacing the same two parts. They REFUSE to replace the transmission. Care is back there again with same issues, same engine light code, same everything. DO NOT GET YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE - they will fight you every step of the way and just keep trying to "fix" things vs. REPLACE things. More

Like getting ripped off? Then this is your place! They'll charge you more than 4x as much as any other service center just because they "have the Chrysler name." They only provide a shuttle drop off, so if that is your only vehicle, you have to find your way back to the dealership. They told me to drop off my vehicle Monday, it's now Wednesday and when I called, th only vehicle, you have to find your way back to the dealership. One way shuttle service! What the...? You drop your only car off, then get a shuttle ride home. They won't come and pick you up to get your car!!
