The service department and Micheal Rampani are criminal. Do not go here if you value honesty or your own money They will lie and rob you
I was travelling through SLC when my parking sensor fell out of the.socket and fell behind the bumper somewhere. Mike, who was the Service Mgr on a Saturday morning, got me in without an appointment and fixed it while I watched. No charge and I was back on the road within minutes. No charge. Mike was very friendly and professional!
When I brought my Dodge Van into the State Street Salt Lake City Dealership, little did I know I would have such great service. Specifically this guy named Brandon saw that there was a problem with newly purchased parts. He personally walked me over to the parts department, cleared up the confusion with the correct parts and also installed those parts. It is so rare nowadays to get the good old school service and I appreciate the fact that Salt Lake Valley Chrysler Dodge still has it! This is a big thank you to the crew!
When I bought my 2015 Jeep renegade from them Charles and another sales weaseled to me about almost every feature of the Jeep Renegade. It suits hard still a now known issue for the renegade and they told be to drive it for 10 ton30k miles to break it in. When it was still doing this rhey told.me that sucks and I put to many miles on it for them to help or swap. They also told me it was a true 4x4 it is not and that the only difference between the TH and non TH was the bumpers. And that if I wanted to add navigation to the vehicle down the road that it was a simple but pricey head unit upgrade. I don't have time to list everything they lied about, just know this you are better off going anywhere than this dealership. Also Jeep sucks!! Renegade still shifts hard the dealership and Jeep don't care at all and won't help.
Very poor service and attitude provided by Mike Rampani. I WILL NEVER EVER buy or service a vehicle at this dealership.
They were great when I test drove a new vehicle and were quick to want numbers drawn up. Came back with a pathetic trade in price and went up slightly but not to my liking, ran my credit a bunch and said they would call back but nearly 2 weeks later heard nothing. Ended up going to Doug smith cdir and got them to match the price on a new ram which was better equipped and offer me a much much better trade in price. Would not recommend this dealership. Also to add to this they ran my credit with multiple different amounts, and never showed me how much they were running it for. Had to find out through letters from the companies, if I had seen these amounts I would have declined, at least Doug Smith Ram had the decency to show me the total amount to be financed.
