This dealerhsip`does not care about customers and the service department is pathetic. Appointments are a couple of weeks out and they treat you as though you are the least important person on the planet. service department is pathetic. Appointments are a couple of weeks out and they treat you as though you are the least important person on the planet. I have started taking my outlander to another Mitsubishi dealer and they are way better. Avoid this dealership. More
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I went in to ask about a promotional mailer and the salesman I worked with was incredibly rude. I mentioned that I wasn’t fully in the ma dealership. I went in to ask about a promotional mailer and the salesman I worked with was incredibly rude. I mentioned that I wasn’t fully in the market for a new vehicle and he asked if I was poor and homeless. Additionally, he was extremely condescending and aggressive to the point that he said I should’ve brought my dad and stormed off after refusing to answer a question I had. I’ll never return to this dealership and the visit ruined my day. He also lied directly to my face saying he had a car to show me after admitted multiple times earlier that he didn’t know what cars were on the lot. More

NEVER shop here. We received a promo in the mail and went today to go see what the actual prize was. Strikes: 1) ignoring mask mandate 2) when we asked about the prize we were told that we don’t know how to today to go see what the actual prize was. Strikes: 1) ignoring mask mandate 2) when we asked about the prize we were told that we don’t know how to read 3) Steve (I think this was his name) started raising his voice at us before we even responded telling us that we were ignorant if we thought all 80,000 people that had promos showing winners actually won. I then stood and said we weren’t interested. 4) He followed us out the door yelling at us that we were “typical women” to ignorant to understand how these things work. 5) Continued spewing obscenities until we actually drove away. I cannot believe in today’s world this behavior is still acceptable. He was clearly chauvinistic and homophobic. More
Yet another issue came up with my purchase which involved me getting a letter from the state of Utah concerning my trade in. Although my overall experience was less than stellar with this purchase, I finally got a chance to talk to a manager concerning my issues I had completing my vehicle purchase. This manager was very courte this purchase, I finally got a chance to talk to a manager concerning my issues I had completing my vehicle purchase. This manager was very courteous on the phone, and made me feel like he would address my concerns after I hung up with him. I will know tomorrow whether or not this will be the case. I have a better feelings about this dealership after talking to him. My mind just went blank, but I think his name was Justin. He was able to shed some light on what had been going on with my purchase, pay off, and other things. I would also like to give a shout out to Ann in the service department. She put me in touch with the peeps I needed to arrange to get a spare wheel and tire for my new vehicle. This is not aimed at the dealership, but to inform you that a LOT of new vehicles don't come with spare tires anymore. It kind of sucks that auto manufacturers would rather give you a bass speaker in the spare tire well rather than an actual spare tire. I guess they figure when you're stranded on the side of the road waiting for assistance, you'll at least have good tunes. More
We went down there to look at a 2012 Grand Cherokee. We were suppose to talk to a Paige or a Luis. Well when we got down there, these people were not even there. We were told they took the day off. So we e were suppose to talk to a Paige or a Luis. Well when we got down there, these people were not even there. We were told they took the day off. So we ended up talking to Alberto. And he didn't know what the he'll was going on. In other words we were lied to. We were told there was nothing they could do for us. But the sign in the showroom says... No credit, No problem, we can help. Well to me that's xxxxxxxx. So we walked out passed off. So I suggest to all your friends and family, stay away from these people. They will lie to you just to get you down there. More
Had a very problematic situation with dealership service dept. Brought my convertible in for problems with opening and closing. Service dept. recommended $4,000 in repairs might fix the problem but $1000 of dept. Brought my convertible in for problems with opening and closing. Service dept. recommended $4,000 in repairs might fix the problem but $1000 of that repair was for parts MITSUBISHI no longer makes. I walked, took it to a local repair shop that actually will work on a car. THERE WAS NO NEED FOR $4000 IN PARTS. It turned out to just be a broken wire to the fifth bow actuator. (I had been told all wires were checked.) My mechanic simply repaired the wire and the top now works FINE!!! A broken wire, nothing else, and the service dept. could not handle that fix. I honestly don't know if it was a problem with incompetence or they were trying to rip me off. As they are the only Mitsubishi dealership in the area I just did not feel like I could trust them and sold the vehicle today. Will never purchase another Mitsubishi product again. Would rate the service dept. with zero starts if I could. More

I had contacted this dealer via their online form about a newly listed used vehicle expressing my interest to know the price and if I could place deposit so I could secure the vehicle then await some photos newly listed used vehicle expressing my interest to know the price and if I could place deposit so I could secure the vehicle then await some photos of it to confirm its condition to lock in the price communicated. Paige, and the management would not take my deposit and said we will contact you once it arrives from the auction. In the following 24 hours, they proceeded to raise the price on the car by $2500. They had not received the car yet at this point so it is not related to any items found at inspection or additional money they had to put into it. The price they wanted for this car initially was a tad high, but in the fair range. The new price is higher than the market is holding on this model. They refuse to honor the originally communicated pricing, nor accept my deposit. My assumption is they had some interest in the car from a few parties at the original pricing so they assumed they could get more for it and bumped up the price. I suggest avoiding this dealer as they have no honesty or business ethics. More
