I ordered a new F-150 pick-up truck through the salesman Bud Dyer. As a retired recently widowed woman out for the first time looking at automobiles I was filled with trepidation. I made a phone call and spoke with Lionel James who invited me to visit the dealership that day. When I walked in, a gentleman stood up from his desk and said,"Hello, Barbara, my name is Lionel." That immediate, personal response clinched the deal for me. I felt special.
