I had previously purchased a car from Salerno Duane in 2011 and went back to the dealer because of an offer to trade my car for a 2013 for the same or similar payments. When we decided to purchase the floor model, he had every car moved out so we could test drive that one to be sure. He then patiently walked us through all our financing options, helping us to decide which was best for us. When I went to pick up the car the next day, he spent more than an hour demonstrating and setting up each of the many features this car has. He was extremely affable, and funny, too so this felt much more personal than a typical sales exchange experienced at other dealers. I highly recommend Salerno Duane Ford and especially Bob Cerza!
