This is the third Ford I have leased from Salerno Duane since moving to the NJ. I was always impressed with the no hassle, no pressure approach which speaks to me of good, honest business. Bob Cerza was a pleasure to work with and coordinated the order perfectly, at the same time as regularly keeping me informed of expected delivery date etc. Steve helped in negotiating a good deal. For the second time in the last 6 months I leased a new car from Bob Cerza. Bob is a friendly no BS kind of guy. There are no pressure tactics or gimmicks with his approach or pricing. I had previously purchased a car from Salerno Duane in 2011 and went back to the dealer because of an offer to trade my car for a 2013 for the same or similar payments. There was no pressure and they simply presented me with my options. I test drove the car that day and ended up driving off the lot in my new car by the end of the week. I cannot recommend Bob or Salerno Duane enough. More
