I went to Salerno Duane Ford by myself after having a difficult time at 2 other dealerships. I walked into a calm show room and Vito Monaco waited on me. He was the kind of salesperson I like, informed and not pushy. I returned with my husband a week later. My husband was not thinking we would buy a car. He was convinced that this dealership would not give us a good price. He and I were so pleased that the price was much lower than we expected. We bought the car that day. I have been back to see Vito twice since picking up the car. Once I had questions about the navigation system and other "fancy" electronics. The other time was for him to put the license plates on the car. Both times he was friendly, gracious, and helpful. I fell like I could call any time I have a problem or question about the car.
