Awesome Service from Beginning to End I requested some information from the website on an offer that I saw on a Ford Edge. I've tried this on other dealer sites and I get calls immediately, even Sunday at 2am, with pushy people asking a million questions. At Salerno Ford, Ariel sent me an email the next morning that was friendly and asking if I wanted any help but not in a way that was pushy. Vito was awesome as well. He showed us around some different models on a snowy day. He walked us through the whole process and wasn't pushy. It was the least painful shopping experience I've ever had. I've already sent several messages to friends that are looking for cars to consider this dealership, and I only left an hour ago. I'll be back in the future. More
