Excellent Salesmanship This is my 4th transaction from the Salerno Duane group. This is our 2nd Ford from Bob Montgomery and everything I said in my previous review of him This is my 4th transaction from the Salerno Duane group. This is our 2nd Ford from Bob Montgomery and everything I said in my previous review of him remains true; he is a courteous gentleman and retains a level of customer service unparalleled in the car sales world. I have had neighbors and coworkers also purchase Fords from Bob and they have the same positive comments. He took us on a test drive of 2 vehicles we were considering and when we narrowed down the model we wanted, came back with a good deal without any prolonged negotiation. He and his manager worked out a good deal for us and we signed the initial paperwork. Upon delivery of the vehicle a few days later, he walked us through all the features and did not leave our side throughout the signing of all paperwork with the finance staff. I too dealt with Ariel, the internet sales manager who has a warm inviting personality; greeting everyone with a smile on her face. I'll add that Salerno Duane Ford's website is well maintained and up to date with an excellent array of vehicle photos for the actual vehicles on the lot (not just factory pictures) including the window sticker. Why 4 stars? The finance process was poor. In my previous 2 transactions (1 Jeep, 1 Ford) the paperwork was fast and easy. Everything was ready to go, and it took no longer than 30 minutes to be in an out. This time around, nothing was ready. The lady handling the financing paperwork was 50 minutes late despite us having an appointment. Then, noticing our frustration scrambled to fill out the paperwork and couldn't get the numbers to work out in her computer. We took delivery 3 days after signing the initial deposit and application but nothing was ready. It took nearly 2 hours to get everything signed. No on has time to sit at a dealership for hours waiting for paperwork. The only redemption was Bob, who stayed by our side for the entire process and even helped us entertain our children. More

I can describe this experience as the most pleasent . I'm so glad I went to this dealership to get my new 2016 Ford Escape . As soon as we walked in, we were approached by Vito Monaco who provided the bes I'm so glad I went to this dealership to get my new 2016 Ford Escape . From the beginning he was so willing to help , answering all my questions, providing me options , and the most important giving me the best price with a very friendly and professional attitude that made me feel comfortable and trustful until the end . Moreover, he follow up after the deal was completed making sure that I was satisfied with the service to which I was very much . I'm very thankful for his help, and very happy about the deal and the great experience . When the moment to change my lease comes up I'll definitely go to Salerno Duane Ford and look for Vito Monaco to make my deal, originally I went to Bell Ford to get my 2014 Ford Escape which I regret , because the experience will never be compare to this one . Bud made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. He did not make me feel pressured to make a decision right away and was always available when I had a question or wanted to make an appointment. The entire car leasing process was so effortless and easy and I would definitely use Salerno Duane and Bud Dyer again. I highly recommend Salerno Duane as well as Bud Dyer for anyone looking for a Ford Car. My car looked beautiful when I picked it up and it still does look beautiful. Cerza can't be beat! I started three months ago calling Ford dealers in the area and was frustrated with the 'hold on' 'okay how can I help you' ' wait hold on I'll be rig I started three months ago calling Ford dealers in the area and was frustrated with the 'hold on' 'okay how can I help you' ' wait hold on I'll be right back' and then 'I'm sorry, who are you again and what do you want' routine that I got at the larger dealerships. Salerno is a small dealer with a big heart and Bob Cerza's got the biggest! It was such an aahhh moment: ok it doesn't have to be a painful experiene when I spoke to Bob. And it's because he's so relaxed about business, he puts you at ease. It's tough enough going through the car buying experience but when the sales tactics and pressure are added, it's like why bother. Bob gets 5 stars in my book! More
