A couple of hours later, I left with a 2017 Escape Titanium in the Platinum White. It is beautiful and if it's possible to love a car more than my previous one, I do. I received a letter stating that i could hand over my old car and drive away with a new car at or around the same monthly payment, with no money down, no penalties or fees and that is exactly what was accomplished. We worked with Bob Cerza... we showed him the letter, we told him what we were looking for and the price range we were in... he showed us a car extremely close to what we wanted and gave us a fair price, he explained all the features of the car and took care of all the paper work with ease.
