Smooth Transition with Knowledgeable Salesman Matt Robinson was a pleasure to deal with and was able to answer vehicle questions accurately. Liked the low sales pressure type of sale and would buy again from him. As always, the only negative is the long wait in the paperwork process, but in all fairness the dealership was very busy. Traded in a 2018 for a 2019 Forester Sport model and was able to keep my same monthly payment on a vehicle that had no special offers. The overall experience was 5 star as far as I am concerned. This is my 3rd Subaru from St J. More

OK, too much waiting around Had an OK experience. Cole wasn't really truthful about the crack on the back bumper cover which was clearly repaired by your shop since I could see Had an OK experience. Cole wasn't really truthful about the crack on the back bumper cover which was clearly repaired by your shop since I could see much larger crack in the pictures of the vehicle. Said he would provide me the maintenance records of the vehicle but didn't do that. Too much waiting around for salesman going back and forth to office/manager. wish you just sat me down in the office and we hashed it out. Unhappy with Trade-in value. More

It was a good experience all around. I went in for a service call & walked out all signed up for another 3 year lease. Adam was a pretty good sales person. I told him the monthly paymen I went in for a service call & walked out all signed up for another 3 year lease. Adam was a pretty good sales person. I told him the monthly payment had to be the same ( knowing that was impossible) & after some negotiations he actually accomplished that. I needed lessons on how to operate all the new bells & whistles & he said I could come back any time for more instructions. So I feel there is support available if needed. He followed up with a call at home to make sure everything was going smoothly with the car. Everyone there was very nice & they have free coffee (& doughnuts.) More
