It was a good experience overall. My only complaint is that I told Edwin I was in a schedule, and I agreed to a deal, but I had to be done by a certain time. He agreed, but the Finance representative was not told about my time deadline. So, he didn't realize my time constraints and the car was not ready when my finance meeting was over. I emphasized my schedule, and I felt I was told whatever I needed to hear to agree to the transaction. Beyond that, Edwin was great. He was knowledgeable and responsive to calls and texts. He even dropped off the floor mats at my house, because the floor mats came in nine days after I took possession of the vehicle. More

They charged me almost 3 times what another shop would for the same work. They then tried to sell me new tires when my tires have less than 15K miles on them and tell me my air filters were filthy when t for the same work.
