Arrived for scheduled appointment and was met quickly. Service was performed quicker than estimated. Waiting area was comfortable.

It was a good experience overall. My only complaint is that I told Edwin I was in a schedule, and I agreed to a deal, but I had to be done by a certain time. He agreed, but the Finance representative was not told about my time deadline. So, he didn't realize my time constraints and the car was not ready when my finance meeting was over. I emphasized my schedule, and I felt I was told whatever I needed to hear to agree to the transaction. Beyond that, Edwin was great. He was knowledgeable and responsive to calls and texts. He even dropped off the floor mats at my house, because the floor mats came in nine days after I took possession of the vehicle.

Attentive, efficient, helpful. Great new premises, very Zen, plus you can watch your car being worked on.
