Poor but what was expected Mine was a tire problem on a new Jeep. Tire was out of round as per a company that deals in major tire repair and replacement. I had my front tires balanced there after a long trip to New England. They informed me to take the tire to the Dealer as it is out of round and that was causing the vibration in the front. The dealer rep put the tire on there machine and as expected they could not find any problem. So now i have a new Jeep with a bad tire so it becomes my problem. By the way, dealer solution was to put my spare on and remove the problem tire to the spare. The vibration did go away and i still have a defective tire. Dealer looks at it as a solved problem. More

We rescheduled the work for a larger block of time. When I came back 2 days later she was totally prepared and helped Me get transportation to and from my home. I felt it was a truly great service experience. The repairs seem to have been done well, time will tell. But the Servoce will bring me back! More

Poor customer service . We only had our van for three months when it left me broke down on the side of the interstate. Had it towed to the service department when then want . We only had our van for three months when it left me broke down on the side of the interstate. Had it towed to the service department when then wanted to charge me $1000 to fix the alternator. After talking to my husband on the phone the rep we were working with hung up on my husband because he was mad that we asked them to help us since we had just bought the vehicle from them. His manager then tried to say it was OK that he did that because he is very passionate about his job. That is NO excuse to hang up on your customers. More
State Inspection I had an 8am appointment for a state inspection to be done on my car. I received a call at 9:07 saying the inspection was done but wanted to know if I wanted my filters changed and new tires put on. I’m not sure why I would need new tires since I boot my car brand new and it only has 24,000 miles on it but I respectfully declined. I went to pick my car up at 10:30 am but was told mu car wasn’t finished. It doesn’t take 2.5 hours to do a state inspection. The printout for my inspection said it was finished at 8:22am so what exactly were they doing to my car for another 2 hours?!? Horrible customer service and rude manager. I will never return again More
Great team effort throughout dealership Was going back and forth between this dealership and several others in the area to find a vehicle that fitted my and my wife’s needs. Narrowed it down Was going back and forth between this dealership and several others in the area to find a vehicle that fitted my and my wife’s needs. Narrowed it down to two dealerships and this was the dealership we selected due to them going out of their way to find an option that could have gotten the price down for us if we selected that vehicle. I appreciated their efforts and although I didn’t purchase that vehicle, we went with one that had a couple more options for a little more price. I appreciated their time and efforts and will definitely have return business there. Just had my Jeep in for the first oil change and got a complimentary shuttle to work just down the street. There was construction out front and was a little confused when I pulled up but several staff members approached me at various areas and guided me to appropriate areas. More

Safford Chrysler Service Department I used the Service Department at Safford Chrysler in Winchester numerous times over the past 3 years, and always come away impressed with the courtesy I used the Service Department at Safford Chrysler in Winchester numerous times over the past 3 years, and always come away impressed with the courtesy and knowledge. My recent visit was for routine servicing and state inspection. They originally planned to do the work and return my vehicle to me that day, but it turned out several of their service techs called in sick. Consequently, they completed work on my vehicle the next morning. The service advisor informed me of the delay and apologized, and I told her it was not a problem as I did not need my vehicle back right way. All the work was completed the next morning, and the service advisor gave me a 10% discount because of the delay. While this was not necessary, I thanked her for that and appreciated the gesture. More
