Curtis,Jonathan and Zach Bombard went above and beyond for my husbnd and myself. The dealership closed at 8..but all 3 made sure that we were able to close the deal that night. They stayed until after 9:30pm on a Friday night just to make sure that hubby was able to drive home in the Cadillac Escalade that he had his heart set on!! They never rushed us ..never pressured us..never made us feel like an inconvenience!! In fact,they each made us feel welcome and joked right along with us as we were waiting! Curtis was working with another customer when we arrived, but made sure to interact with us and knew that he'd be with us as soon as he could. He asked another salesman to do the test drive with us (in the pouring down rain on a Friday night during rush hour at that... he was friendly and attentive as well! He even went along with us and our humor!! Jonathan not only kept us updated throughout the process but he entertained us as well!! Zach Bombard in finance ws a pleasure as well! He did everything that he could to get us the best deal/best interest rate/best loan! Bottom line...great people.. excellent service and my husband was like a kid on Christmas morning!!! I recently had a great salesman experience here, with Shane. He totally understands the concept of customer service (which is a rarity today)! Although I couldn't get a deal done, mainly due to a shortag Shane. He totally understands the concept of customer service (which is a rarity today)! Although I couldn't get a deal done, mainly due to a shortage of base models, Shane treated me like a best friend! He went over and above what I was expecting & I felt bad, when we couldn't make a vehicle work for me! I hope that his boss appreciates him, & allows him to grow thru the ranks to have a great career there. If you are looking for a salesman that will jump thru hoops to please you, ask for Shane, he will not disappoint you! More

Buyer Beware. On March 9, I bought a new 2022 Grand Cherokee L from this dealership and, overall, had a good buying experience. However, prior to purchasing th On March 9, I bought a new 2022 Grand Cherokee L from this dealership and, overall, had a good buying experience. However, prior to purchasing the vehicle, in my research, a quick google on the vehicle revealed that there was a stop sale order sent to dealers and I was aware that there was potentially an issue with this model vehicle failing to communicate with the key fobs. I asked the salesman about this and was reassured that it would not be an issue, so I bought the vehicle. Two weeks later, the very problem I inquired about actually occurred, stranding me in a parking lot and forcing me to have the vehicle towed to a dealership for repair. This dealership sold me a defective vehicle they had failed to fix after telling me that I would not have the issue. This was, at best, a mistake, but I would consider it negligent or fraudulent misrepresentation. On Friday, March 25, the dealer offered to take the car back if I would return it to them over the weekend; however, I live out of town over an hour away and would have had to drive it back and then wait several days to get my money- another inconvenience after being sold a vehicle that the dealer knew- or, at least, should have known- to be defective and failed to repair before selling. I have spoken with both a sales manager and a general manager who only apologized for the inconvenience but otherwise were dismissive with regard to the gravity of the problem. I had another dealership perform the recall repair and even they stated that I should never had been sold the vehicle without the issue being fixed. More
