Mary at the services center has a very aggressive and standoffish attitude.I feel like she is doing me a favor just by just talking to me about my truck.Had it in for work five days later pick vehicle up standoffish attitude.I feel like she is doing me a favor just by just talking to me about my truck.Had it in for work five days later pick vehicle up lights on that were not on when took it in one light is for what they fixed. Been waiting for ride back to jobsite . She makes me feel like she is doing me a favor just by talking to me . She had same aggressive attitude when we brought vehicle in for initial repair .The day and age of helping a customer with gratitude I feel doesn't exist at Safford.And the cost of repairs are high . Everything these days are out of control the least Mary could do is try to make you feel a little important instead of a bother. More
