Mr Morgan was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me navigate the purchase as I was coming from Virginia. He patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the vehicle I was interested in, and sent a message a personalized video of the car. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, which is rare when buying a car. I appreciate his honesty and transparency throughout the process. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure I drove back to Virginia happy. While doing the test drive, he offered to set my favorite radio stations and to pair my phone to the car’s Bluetooth saving me A LOT OF time. He didn’t mind that he was working past closing hours. I had a starter replaced at Safford Brown Honda Glen Burnie in the beginning of this month when I could not start my vehicle. I thought Honda dealer was honest and trustworthy even though it usually ch Burnie in the beginning of this month when I could not start my vehicle. I thought Honda dealer was honest and trustworthy even though it usually charges a higher hourly rate compared to other auto garages, unfortunately, they charged me way over the normal price range. After I came back, I checked the other dealers near Safford Brown Honda Glen Burnie and got the quotes much less than what they did to me. At that time I even asked the advisor why the cost was so high, he said he did not know as he did not work on the vehicle directly. I did not have time to talk about it since I was in a hurry to leave. Now I have tried to reach Safford Brown Honda about this issue with the necessary info including invoice #, date, etc. a few times, but have not been able to get any response. So I'll continue to post my experience so that anyone can think about it again before going for their Service. More
I have been dealing with this dealership for almost 3 weeks! The oringinal car I wanted and signed papers for they sold out under me. Then the dealer Walter sohn talked me into the same car different color. So after signing papers and stuff he never went over anything with me like my financing or full price. I have been back and forth with this place for 3 weeks and had to keep coming back because this was not right that was not right, or that was not right, they would not even take a personal check for my down payment! So I went somewhere else, got more money for my trade in, paid less for the car and walked off the lot the same day with the car! I do not recommend this place at all! Not to mention the dealer accused my of taking the keys to the car I was looking at, meanwhile the finance manager had them the whole time More
In regards to all HONDA vehicles do not buy! !! All HONDA Recalls including SAFETY Recalls require the dealership to charge you a inspection fee to verify the already found problem the HONDA MFG !! All HONDA Recalls including SAFETY Recalls require the dealership to charge you a inspection fee to verify the already found problem the HONDA MFG already found to be bad. They claim if they find there is a problem then you will not be charged and will be covered under the recall. BUT if they do not find any issue you WILL get charged a fee. ONLY MFG that I know of that does this. The people at Safford Browns Honda tried claiming under a seat belt recall that my daughter spilled something in the latch. After arguing with the service manager to show me proof he then said they would replace it under the recall. Currently there is a recall for the Fuel PUMP MODULE and it clearly states on the recall notice that it could cause the vehicle to stall while driving which could lead to accident or injury!!!! Now the dealership wants $220 to check it out. If they find nothing wrong, it will cost her $220. I can guarantee they will find nothing wrong because they just want the money. WHY IS CUSTOMERS BEING CHARGED An INSPECTION OR DIAGNOSTIC FEE FOR SOMETHING HONDA THEMSELVES DEEMED BAD AND SENT A LETTER STATING ITS BAD AND THEY WILL REPLACE IT FOR FREE!!!! More
