Great experience, This is my 6th Honda from Safford Browns Honda. Rob Haskell was fantastic. Lamont and Mike were very helpful He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and made sure he answered all our questions. Carol in Finance was very knowledge and did a wonderful job make sure we understood the financial side of our purchase. Everything went smoothy and we got the vehicle we wanted at a great price. Overall, this location has been pretty good. I enjoy the service I've received majority of the time. I will say I'm disappointed that I don't receive coupons in the mail like I did when it was "Browns". Ever since it switched to Safford, I stopped getting them in the mail. Jennifer and Keyshawn were great advisors. I'm not a fan of Michael G. He's confused a lot and Jennifer had to clarify for me multiple times on his behalf.

Jeff Gillespie was an absolute dream to work with and I cannot recommend him enough. I bought a 2025 CRV Hybrid in November 2024 from Safford Brown in Glen Burnie. The car was sold with a paint imperfection and when I brought this up I was told to visit the service department. When I visited the service department, Jeff took a look at the paint imperfection and immediately took action to fix the problem. He was quick to submit a claim to Safford Brown and Honda to get the issue fixed. Even with it being the holidays, he worked to get this issue addressed and fixed as quickly as possible. He was quick to respond to my phone calls, answer any and all of my questions/concerns and was very personable. I can easily say this was the best experience I have had in any vehicle service department. I greatly appreciate Jeff and his entire team for making this a painless experience.

I got a 2025 CRV it took a while but the car made it worth it
