After coming across what looked like a good deal online, my wife and I took the day and drove two and a half hours to visit Troy at Concord Cars in Goshen. From helping us scan the lot to helping us secure financing he has been on top of his game. He even has made sure to take care of my family even after the sale was final. The car had the check engine light on and Terry had me drop it off to find out what was going on with it. While his team worked on my car he was kind enough to give me one of their cars to use so that I would not be without transportation. He kept every promise that was made at the sale of the car and has even done things that I didn't expect him to do. The battery in my key was dying and he replaced that for me as well. Whenever I email or call Terry I get a very quick response and he always seems eager to help. I am very satisfied with the service I have gotten I will keep Concord in mind for my next car purchase.
