Bought 2014 Dodge GC SXT minivan I worked with Joe Lint at Concord Cars, Westside, in Elkhart, IN, to find a newer minivan. He let me drive several vans over a three day period. Mr. L I worked with Joe Lint at Concord Cars, Westside, in Elkhart, IN, to find a newer minivan. He let me drive several vans over a three day period. Mr. Lint was very helpful, answered all my questions, did not steer me towards any particular vehicle they had in stock, told me he could get a better interest rate even from my own bank of over 40 years, and told me to take my time in selecting the used minivan that best suited my needs. He even offered to let me drive a vehicle overnight if I wanted to for the final selection. Absolutely no pressure what so ever during this process. I went to look at a van at their other lot (color) and it was sold to my dismay. However, Bob at this dealership let me drive a van they had just got in (right color and a year new for a great price). Joe said I should put some money down on this van which I did because the other lot tried to sell it later. I am glad he suggested that or I would lost this van which was a super deal. Joe was very professional and not like the typical used car salesman. I will do business with him and Concord Cars in the future plus tell all my friends to give them a chance if they are in the market for a great used car and the resulting deal. Thanks again Joe for a wonderful experience and I love the new minivan (2014 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT). More
