I narrowed my list to a Kia Soul or a Honda CR-V, and Concord had both in stock. For the budget and it being a 2016, I went with the Kia Soul. Terry was very easy to work with, understood my needs, and went one step beyond to have a minor tear in the back seat repaired before we finalized the sale. That was really important to me because even though it was a used car, it was new to me and so those details matter. I would buy another car from Concord, and I would ask to work with Terry again. Our only mishap was the passenger air vents not blowing cold air with the AC on full blast and would rather blow warm to hot air. Simply amazing Terry was my sales man and from the start he was very helpful. I've never bought a car through a dealership so I didn't really know what to expect. We then went outside in the freezing cold and I looked around. I teat drove multiple cars and after a couple hours I made a decision. Came back inside and signed all the paperwork needed. Terry then took my picture with my new car and has stayed in touch with me for the past 2 years sending me anniversary messages. I still have this car today and have never had any issues with it.
