I had to been to some of the other big name dealerships in the area but more often than not I felt pressure and a feeling that the sales personnel were more interested in their commission instead of being interested in what I wanted or needed. Concord Cars and specifically Terry Lapierre made me feel that thaey were just as concerned that I get the best car at the best deal. There was no pressure and I didnt feel as though I had been punished for my past credit mistakes, I left with a great deal on a great car.
